We at Florida Endovascular Specialists are very proud to be one of the first to offer a brand new technology to our patients right here in east central Florida. The Vein-Wave system uses a patented thermal ablation radiofrequency (RF) probe to instantly and permanently remove unsightly small red and blue veins that are too small to treat with standard ablation technologies.

The system is especially effective for the small red veins on the face and base of the nose. Because of the reddish color of these small vessels, photo ablative technologies (Photo facials) are almost always ineffective for the treatment of these particular vessels since the laser is usually tuned toward the blue spectrum of small veins. The RF technology works on every small vessel regardless of color. It’s also just as effective on dark or light skin tones. No need to lose your tan before a treatment!
